Terms of cancellation:
By cancellation more thann 30 days before your arrival
You may cancel your booking and will receive a refund of your deposit with a deduction of a 3% administration fee.
By cancellation between 29 and 15 days before arrival
50 % of the rent must be paid.
By cancellation less than 15 days before arrival
The full amount must be paid.
Conditions of sale
Prices and payment
All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT. A deposit of 50% will be charged upon booking. The final payment must be made no later than 15 days before the stay and is either withdrawn from the credit card provided when booking or by bank transfer based on an invoice. If the stay is less than 15 days after the booking is made, the full amount of the booking will be charged right away. Payment is made by using one of the approved credit cards in on-line booking via a secure payment site.
Travel insurance
Your booking does not include cancellation insurance. We recommend that you purchase a separate travel insurance if you do not already have one.
House rules
At Pyttegården, we follow the Scandinavian code for renting summer cottages and apartments. It means that the apartment is cleaned before your visit and after your departure. However, guests are expected to look after basic housekeeping during their stay and before they depart. Plates, cutlery, glasses etc. must be washed up and put back in the cupboards. Furniture, duvets and pillows must be put back in their right place before departure. Rented bed linen must be removed from the beds. As tenants you are responsible for everything found in the holiday apartment during your stay with us. Damages and missing items must be reported to us so that repairs and replacements can be made as quickly as possible.
Arrival and departure
We kindly ask you to inform us of your arrival time by either e-mail or telephone, so that we can be sure to be here to welcome you. Check-in is from 15.00 hours and departure time is no later than 10.00 hours. We have free parking on the premises. When you arrive, we as hosts will hand you the key, show you to your apartment, and go through its equipment and our facilities. You may also have an extra key by paying a deposit of DKK 200. Lost keys must be compensated by a similar amount.
Bed linen and towels
You are welcome to bring your own bedlinen and towels or you can rent it from us. Please note that we do not allow sleeping bags.
Registration and use of personal information
Your contact information is confidential and is not transferred to any third parties. We are however allowed to use your contact information for marketing of relevant offers and services to you by e-mail or sms. You may at anytime choose not to receive any such information from us. In such a case please inform us by e-mail to gudhjem@pyttegaarden.dk. Payment with credit card takes place on a secure server where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.
Force majeure
We will do our best to give you a good holiday experience. However, events can occur that we cannot control. In such cases, we are free of responsibility, and you cannot claim compensation from us. That is so in the case of force majeure, strikes, delays, ferry cancellations, epidemics and the like.
